Charmora City location & connectivity
Charmora City lies in the south of Nha Trang, on three islands in the Quan Truong River, next to Khanh Hoa's new administrative center. This page gives the address under both the new and former administrative names, travel times to key points and the infrastructure changing the area.
Address under the new and former names
Nam Nha Trang Ward (formerly Phuoc Long Ward and Vinh Thai Commune, Nha Trang City), Khanh Hoa Province — on the Quan Truong River.
From 1 July 2025, under Resolution 1667/NQ-UBTVQH15 on reorganizing commune-level units in Khanh Hoa, Phuoc Hai, Phuoc Long and Vinh Truong wards and Vinh Thai and Phuoc Dong communes were merged into Nam Nha Trang Ward. Sales materials issued earlier still use the former name “Phuoc Long – Vinh Thai”, so you will see both.

Next to Khanh Hoa's new administrative center; 8 external bridges link to the existing city center.

Why the south of Nha Trang
According to the project materials, only about 600–700 ha of usable land remains in central Nha Trang. As the new administrative center takes shape in the south, civic and service functions move with it, bringing housing demand to the area. Charmora City sits right where the existing downtown meets this new growth axis.
